Antonio Melani x Born on Fifth

Merry Christmas Peaches!

I can’t believe it’s already the Christmas season, and unfortunately I have to try to make myself excited for it. Christmas is my favorite time of year and I love celebrating it. This year is going to be tough due to some personal matters, but I WILL NOT allow anyone or anything to steal my joy. Despite my circumstances, joy is one of the fundamental parts of Christmas and is fundamental part of me. I find joy in celebrating Jesus, in celebrating my family and friends, and doing wonderful holiday themed activities. So, let’s get this holiday season started with some fabulous fashion.

If you have been following me for a while, then you know I love a good brand collab. My favorites have typically been anything with Blair Eadie and even Target. However, one brand that has really caught my eye for the past couple of years is Antonio Melani. Antonio Melani is exclusively sold at Dillard’s and they recently began collaborating with fashion bloggers. I have featured some of these collaborations on my blog before. The newest collection is with Emily Hertz, who runs the blog Born on Fifth. I believe this is her third collection with Antonio Melani, and I have purchased pieces from her previous ones. Emily is an Atlanta local, so that makes it even more fun to support her. I love her newest collection, which is filled with beautiful dresses perfect for the holiday season. I definitely bought a couple of pieces and are probably going to buy more later…..on sale. If you are in the market for pieces for upcoming holiday parties, I definitely think you should check her collection out online and in stores.

The dress I am wearing is called the Catherine. It is a houndstooth midi dress with velvet bow details. This piece was the first item that I knew I wanted. I love the unique retro feel of it and how it fits my body. I paired my look with a black velvet padded headband, black pumps and clutch. While wearing it, it makes me feel like I stepped out of the 1950’s or 60’s, which is my favorite fashion era of all time.

Below I have linked the entire collection, as well as the dress I am wearing.
