Tommy Hilfiger x Disney

Happy first day of November! While some people are already celebrating Christmas, I’m still enjoying the fall season. So you guys will have to wait for my Christmas content just a little bit longer. In fashion news, I was finally able to purchase the pieces I wanted from the Tommy Hilfiger x Disney collection! This collection came out a couple of months ago and was a bit too pricey for my liking. Although I loved some of the pieces, I resigned myself to not getting anything. Full price? No thanks!

Well, let me tell you how fate works! I was at Disney World at the beginning of October and I saw the collection at the Grand Floridian and Disney Springs, on sale. I searched high and low for the right sizes, but alas, I couldn’t find any. So I shrugged my shoulders and moved on. Then! Two days before we left, I found myself unable to sleep at 4:00 am. I started looking on ShopDisney and there it was, the pieces I needed, on sale and in the sizing (which was so wrong) I was looking for. I immediately added them to my cart and checked out. See, it was fate that I was meant to be so stressed that it caused insomnia so I could then online shop.

Speaking of sizing….from my own personal experience, Tommy Hilfiger has always run larger to me. I purchased the skirt in a medium, which was a tad big. I could have used a small. I purchased the sweater in a size large to fit my chest, but it’s huge! For this photoshoot, I tied it in the back just to make it look normal. I could have used a small as well. Hopefully it was shrink a little in the wash. Either way, I’m glad to have these pieces in my collection. Unfortunately they aren’t available online anymore, but I bet you could find them on Disney property.

Because my sweater was too big, I draped it over my shoulders mostly. Additionally, I added my newest Disney x Coach purse to go with this look. This Coach purse is sold exclusively at the Coach Outlet. I purchased mine for 60% off. We love a good bargain.
