LoveShackFancy x Target
Happy Monday Dolls!
I just wanted to do brief blog post about the latest Target collaboration that I have been loving….which has been the LoveShackFancy x Target collection that came out last Saturday. I woke up at 3 am to place my order and was able to snag everything I wanted. If you weren't aware, LoveShackFancy is a brand created by Rebecca Hessel Cohen. The brand and designs are very feminine, ethereal and whimsical. A lot the pieces have intricate lace details and beautiful fabrics that are created in France. You can’t help but feel beautiful in their pieces. The only negative about this brand….is the price (well it’s not really a negative I guess.) Although I love luxury, LoveShackFancy typically runs between $300-$1,000. There’s a tie dye outfit I really want but it comes to over $700. So, when I saw they were collaborating with Target, I was so excited. The prices range from $45-$60, which is so affordable. I purchased four dresses, and kept three.
The first dress that caught my eye was the Simone Dress. I loved the pink/salmon color with hot pink and lilac flowers on it. I saw it, and I knew I had to get it. When it arrived, I put in on and didn’t want to take it off. Besides the layers on the bottom and the print….I love a good puff sleeve. Puff sleeves are my jam! You can wear this dress (and a lot of the collections dresses) either on or off the shoulder. What is great about that is, it changes the look (two looks for one). Just for reference, I’m wearing a medium, but I think I could have fit into a small as well.
Although almost sold out online, this collection is available in some stores. I think it may be hitting more stores soon, but I’m not sure. It had two release dates…whatever that means. But any who, the other two dresses I bought were the Adeline Tie-Strap Smock dress and the Jeanne Tie-Strap Tiered Dress. I also am on the lookout for the Celeste dress. If you want to see me in those dresses, make sure you’re following on Instagram (@erinleger). I’m sure a picture will pop up soon. Make sure you check out the collection if you’re a fan. There are also two other designers that collaborated with Target. The collections are available in stores and online.
