Happy World Princess Week!

What could be a more appropriate way to celebrate then by unveiling my August Princess Disneybound, Princess Jasmine! Not only do we share the same name, mine doesn’t have an “e” on the end, but Aladdin is my husbands favorite Disney animated film. The movie is one of my favorites as well. I mean, Robin Williams as the Genie will forever be one of greatest cartoon characters EVER. My husband and I may or may not duet “A Whole New World” at home.

Princess Jasmine is definitely in my top five favorite Princesses. And I’m pretty sure I had a whole bunch of her merchandise as a kid. She is such an awesome princess because she’s adventurous, independent, intelligent, feisty, brave, etc etc… and she doesn't take any mess for anyone.

FASHION

Now Jasmine’s signature outfit is iconic, but I’m not built like her lol. I found this great dress on Missguided (ON SALE) and I thought the color was perfect. The flowy top reminded so much of Jasmine’s outfit and I love the 90’s style silhouette. I paired it with my favorite Lele Sadoughi headband of all time and it matched perfectly. The headband is from her birth stone collection and has reconstructed turquoise stones all throughout. My bag is from Prada and definitely gave me Middle Eastern vibes.
