Disney nuiMOs

Speaking of things I never thought I would get in to…hello Disney’s nuiMOs!

What are nuiMOs? Well, according to Disney,

“The name nuiMOs is a blend of the Japanese word nuigurumi, meaning plush doll and the word Model. These nuiMOs make the best companions for all of your life's adventures. Change their look to suit your unique personality and taste. And with the wide variety of dolls and clothing, the possibilities are endless. Your nuiMOs can be just like you.”

I had seen these before because I follow a lot Japanese Disney merchandise, but I didn’t think too much of them. However, just like the Tsum Tsum craze, now that they have hit America shores, I wanted them. I think I’m going to stick to having only one or two nuiMOs, because honestly I’m not that into plushies. Actually, I hate stuffed animals, but I thought I could use them as bag charms or something like that. Plus the ultimate selling point to me was all the outfits they have. I think it would be fun to match an outfit so I can have a little Minnie me twin (see what I did there lol). I believe Disney plans on releasing new outfits once a month. I don’t plan on going too crazy with this, but I’ll probably get a new outfit every once in a while. The first outfit I started with was this denim and bomber jacket look. I love the tomboy vibe for Minnie Mouse, and then I interpreted to fit my aesthetic….plus I finally got to bust out my Disney x Aldo heels!
