Birthday Week Pt. 1

Hi Dolls!

I am so excited!…and no, it’s not because the state of Georgia opened up hair & nail salons. I’m excited because my birthday is on Sunday (May 17th)! Yours truly will be turning 31 years old. Although we are self isolating, I still wanted to celebrate in some way. A couple of years ago, for my birthday, I did an entire Lilly Pulitzer week. I wore all new pieces from the latest Lilly collection, and it was so much fun. I decided to do the same this year but instead of five outfits, do three. And instead of Lilly Pulitzer, I decided to go with Target. That’s right, Target. Times are tough for a lot of people right now, and I wanted to show some fun and stylish looks that are affordable. I chose three different brands from Target to showcase, being with Universal Thread.

This adorable dress comes in five different colors and only cost $34.99. I think it is great for Spring and Summer. And! I instantly fell in love with the frilled sleeves. I am wearing a medium in the color blue (I also want it in pink). This color is so beautiful, it’s a more rich navy tone then your run of the mill blue. I paired it with my favorite basket purse and straw hat (both from Urban Outfitters), Tory Burch Miller sandals, and a Forever 21 necklace. I have tried my best to link everything (or something similar) that I am wearing at the bottom. I hope you guys enjoy this next series!
